10 Years
Hey Interweb! long time no blog.
Ten years ago today, my wife woke me up by yelling, “Jeremy, get out here, we’re going to war!” She had gotten a phone call telling her to turn on the TV. We watched the towers fall, and knew a lot just changed. I find myself flying to Boston today for the Shop.org conference on the 10th anniversary of that fateful day. And having to fly today makes it an especially sobering and reflective day. I was pretty removed from the situation compared to a lot of others who lost loved ones that day. To all of you: my thoughts and well wishes are with you on this tough day.

Posted over at www.launchup.org how my accident derailed LaunchUp for a few months.
We’ll be having our 3rd next week. Wednesday November 11th at 6:00 p.m. at Marketsplash/Logoworks in Lindon.

LaunchUp.org
LaunchUp.org is a project I kicked off a couple months back. Best way I can describe it is like barn raising for entrepreneurs, like a community based advisory board. We’ll do monthly events, and maybe an all-day affair in the fall.
I want to work with the existing ecosystem of entrepreneurial support groups and organizations. And we’ll see how it evolves over time. If you have ideas, let me know.
